The Hopewell Museum's Historic Rugs

Our initial phases of giving our collections some much-needed care includes preserving several of our historic area rugs dating from the late 19th to early 20th centuries. Costikyan, Inc. of New York City, a 130-year-old, family-run company is taking fine care of them in their conservation and restoration studio. Here are a few videos of the rug treatments in action.
